This is for you if you need help
finding the best approach to solving some of your more complex
communications problems. Many assessments can be made by a phone
conversation but this option is for a more in-depth, face-to-face
exploration of your needs. This option Includes an offsite consulting
session in your office to determine the specifics of your project. There
is no substitute for an expanded, face-to-face conversation. The in-depth session will be followed by a
concise, one-page executive summary of our recommendations based on your
needs. Cost will be credited to any

Webinar training is expected to increase

webinars, we can get you up and running in short order. Webinars are a
cost-effective way to train your associates, who can access the
information from the convenience of their desktop, no matter where they

JINGLES |
Music has the power to support a message
unlike any other medium.
That's why we often produce music jingles
as part of the mix for our nonprofit clients. Music can create a
brand identity EVEN when people are not in the market for your
service. When the time comes, your organization will be top-of-mind
because the jingle will be branded in their brain -- music is
'sticky," meaning it sticks in the mind and can be recalled easily.
Jingles are also very economical. Once you
produce one, you can use it again and again in radio and especially
TV PSAs. The jingle virtually eliminates your broadcast production
costs.
Here are a few examples of jingles we
have produced for nonprofit clients:
Drive Alive
The Drive Alive jingle was produced for
parents of teen drivers -- people age 35-60. We chose a "Beach
Boys"-sounding genre. Be sure to listen to the whole 60 seconds for
the full effect!
Everybody Reads
This jingle for a literacy campaign became
the basis for all of our television ads.
Reading Railroad
This is another approach to a jingle for a
literacy campaign.
Visiting Nurse &
Hospice Home
This jingle is a bit different. It was created as part of a branding
mix and is used in TV PSAs. The intent here is to create name recognition for a service that most
people don't need most of the time! The idea is to burn the name of
the hospice home into their minds so that when their life changes (a
family member becoming ill, for example) and they suddenly have an
interest in the hospice message, they have been exposed to the name
of this particular provider, and they'll turn to them first. |

REVISIONS and Change
Orders |
The first two sets
of revisions are included in the initial cost of the product. That means
you'll get two proofs that you can change as much as you want, at no
cost whatsoever! It's our way of guaranteeing the quality of our
work. After the first two sets of proofs, modifications requested by the
client are considered change orders and will cost $50 per hour, with a
minimum of $25.

Translation |
There is an increasing need to translate
communications materials into Spanish for outreach programs, and
Highview offers the services of a state-certified translator -- a
native Colombian who has worked in complex U.S. industries for
decades, and who serves as a court interpreter, which requires state
certification. When you require translation, you are at the mercy of
the translator's skills, because you can't proof the material
yourself! That's why our translator's credentials are so important.
And it's very affordable.
